Living Urban Square — A Neighborhood Community Hub

The project concentrates parking entrances and guest parking within the already urbanized part of the site, avoiding new roads through the natural environment.

This area is reimagined as an active urban square with cafés, local commerce, and everyday neighborhood life. A potential transport “grey zone” becomes a public sub-center for all the adjacent districts and their residents.

Places of Social Interaction

Beyond commercial space, community hubs are located at key points throughout the complex — near the living urban square, the green recreational belt, and the connections to existing and future educational facilities.

They function as open spaces for meeting, learning, communication, and support among different age groups. For social housing, this is especially important: such spaces help residents form new connections and gradually build community.

Residential Courtyards — Semi-Private Community Space

The courtyards are designed as open but non-transit spaces for residents. They remain accessible and welcoming, while the massing of the buildings, local narrowing, and shifted passages clearly mark the transition into the residential community’s space.

Main pedestrian routes run along the outer perimeter, preserving the calm character of the courtyards and ensuring a natural gradation between public, semi-private, and private space.

Outer Green Belt — Connecting the Urban Fabric

The mature trees on the site form a valuable natural framework and define its distinct character.

Along this green perimeter, the project establishes an outer green belt — a recreational space that preserves the spirit of the place and integrates the surrounding areas. In the long term, it connects the residential complex with existing and future educational facilities, strengthening connectivity within the urban fabric.
