The project involves converting the utility buildings of the former “Avtonavantazhuvach” (Forklift) factory — a site with a long history — into a multifunctional complex featuring a student hub and retail spaces.

The second phase of the project involves constructing a new public building on the undeveloped part of the site, which has real potential to become a public “hub,” as it sits at the intersection of pedestrian flows connecting the district with the Main Railway Station and the large-scale public space of Dvirtseva Square.
