{"id":4295,"date":"2026-08-24T13:17:28","date_gmt":"2026-08-24T13:17:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/studiozmist.com\/?post_type=nor-portfolio&#038;p=4295"},"modified":"2026-08-24T13:17:29","modified_gmt":"2026-08-24T13:17:29","slug":"zamkova-2","status":"publish","type":"nor-portfolio","link":"https:\/\/studiozmist.com\/en\/work\/zamkova-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Zamkova"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Winning entry in the all-Ukrainian open architectural competition for the best design proposal for developing the area along Zamkova Street in Lviv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a comprehensive project encompassing an urban development concept for the area, a concept for a multifunctional complex with underground parking on a challenging terrain, and a concept for a club-style residential complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key principles:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A gradual decrease in density and activity, moving from the public development along Opryshkivska Street toward calm, low-rise residential development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuous &#8220;green&#8221; route running through the new quarters, integrating the plots with one another, with a network of public gardens along it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New pedestrian connections between the site and the surrounding district, Pidzamche station, Korduba Street, and Znesinnia Park.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pedestrian-oriented streets with shared (undivided) space for all types of movement and limited vehicle speeds.
